Cancellation right, electricity contracts

As a private customer you have the right to cancel a signed electricity contract without any specific reason within 14 days of signing. The cancellation right expires 14 days after the contract has been signed.

Effects of Withdrawal

Our contract shall expire after we have received notice of Your withdrawal.

If You have requested the commencement of electricity supply before the expiry of the withdrawal period, You must pay us an amount in accordance with the contract confirmation for electricity supplied by the date of the notice of withdrawal.
